Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in recruitment.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree.
Strong understanding and capability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Managing the hiring process, from onboarding to final placement.
Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
