We’re hiring Sales Trainers join our dynamic team!

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in training and development within the call center industry.
Proven track record of training representatives in:
Medicare
Final Expense (FE)
Affordable Care Act (ACA)
Solar
Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for call center agents to enhance sales performance.
Develop training materials and ensure consistent delivery across teams.
Monitor progress and provide coaching to improve agent skills.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.
