3D Modeler / Interior CAD Designer

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler & Interior CAD Designer for a 6-month short-term assignment. The contract may lead to permanent post. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating detailed 3D models of buildings and expertise in interior design, focusing on elements like crown molding, tray ceilings, bathroom designs, and other architectural details.

Key Responsibilities:

Create precise 3D models of buildings using advanced CAD software.

Develop and enhance interior design layouts, including but not limited to:

Crown molding
Tray ceilings
Bathroom designs and fixtures
Collaborate closely with the client to ensure all interior elements align with the structural framework.
Revise and adjust designs based on client feedback to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
Deliver high-quality renderings and models within project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in 3D modeling and CAD design.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, especially of buildings and interior spaces.
Excellent understanding of interior design concepts, including materials, finishes, and lighting.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
