Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our medical billing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our revenue cycle management solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.

Present and promote medical billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in the US.
Understand client requirements and offer customized service solutions.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, tele sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with US healthcare system and medical billing terminology is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
