This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Alpha Medcare Services located in Abbottabad District. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training. Your role will involve providing support to the HR team and assisting with various HR processes and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes.
- Experience with training and development programs.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
