Business Development Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn account, engaging with potential clients, and handling bidding on Upwork. The role requires strong English writing skills to effectively communicate and represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company`s LinkedIn account to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Identify and connect with potential clients and business partners on LinkedIn.
Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the success of engagement strategies.
Handle bidding on Upwork, identifying suitable projects, and writing compelling proposals.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice in all written communications.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business development goals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Experience with bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
