We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As part of our USA-based telemarketing operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Gather and verify customer information accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Set appointments and transfer leads to the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain records of calls and update CRM software.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working night shifts (USA business hours).
