Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage all export-related documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
2. Create and analyze profit and loss statements to evaluate the financial performance of the export operations.
3. Maintain accurate stock reports, tracking inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
4. Manage ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions to keep the accounts updated.
5. Generate and issue invoices to customers for export sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.
7. Monitor and analyze export-related costs to identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
8. Stay updated on export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards.
9. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to export documentation, accounts, or stock reports.
10. Provide support to the finance
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in export documentation, accounting, and financial analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
9. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
10. Certification in export documentation or accounting is desirable.
