We are hiring a driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help execute a client contract for a fast-growing B2C SaaS platform in the student events space. Your main responsibilities will include scraping leads, conducting outbound outreach, and booking meetings with student organizations, event hosts, and other stakeholders across US-based universities.

This role involves repetitive tasks, requiring a high level of discipline, focus, and consistency. You’ll be performing the same processes repeatedly to achieve measurable results, so we need someone who thrives in a structured environment and is motivated by results and rewards.

This is a full-time remote role with consistent payroll, and we offer commission-based bonuses on top of the base pay. You’ll work directly with me and receive training and mentorship to master the outreach process. For top performers, there is significant growth potential into managerial roles within the business as we take on more projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Scrape and collect leads using strategies provided during training.
  • Send outbound messages (starting with Instagram, with future potential to expand to LinkedIn and email).
  • Manage replies: Handle inbound responses using scripts where applicable, with the ability to freestyle when necessary.
  • Book meetings with student organizations, event hosts, and frats across US-based universities.
  • Log lead data and meeting information into a CRM.
  • Collaborate with me to refine outreach strategies.
  • Report daily activities using a timesheet for 6 hours of focused work (Monday to Saturday).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred).
  • Full-time commitment: No university students or people currently engaged in other work.
  • Experience in outbound messaging and lead generation (Instagram, LinkedIn, or email outreach preferred).
  • Fluency in written American English, able to communicate clearly and naturally.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to stay focused for 6 hours/day, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
  • Familiarity with Instagram for business outreach (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with prospects.
  • Able to handle rejection gracefully and adapt quickly to feedback.
  • Highly disciplined, with the ability to remain consistent and productive while performing repetitive tasks daily.
  • Ambitious with a growth mindset—there is room for promotion into managerial roles based on performance.

1-Week Trial Period:

This role will include a 1-week paid trial period to assess your ability, work ethic, and performance. We hire only the best candidates and reward hard work with excellent compensation and growth opportunities. If you pass the trial, you will secure full-time employment with access to bonuses and career growth.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 80,000 PKR/Month.
  • Performance Bonuses: Earn up to 150,000 PKR/month based on your appointments booked.
  • Consistent payroll with promotion opportunities based on performance.

Training & Onboarding:

  • Live training and mentorship will be provided.
  • You’ll receive documents and guidance on scraping techniques and outreach strategies.
  • We will walk through the full sales process together to ensure you're ready to hit the ground running.

Work Hours & Expectations:

  • 6 focused hours per day, Monday through Saturday (Sunday off).
  • Preferred shift: 7 PM - 3 AM, though 8 AM - 4 PM is also possible.
  • Daily timesheets are required to track activities.
  • Overtime is encouraged for those seeking to maximize commission and earn 150,000.
  • This role requires repetition and consistency. You will be executing the same tasks daily, so we need someone who can stay focused, disciplined, and motivated to meet KPIs.
