We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center representative to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on selling products/services directly to individual customers, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales goals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats.
- Present, promote, and upsell products to meet customer needs.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance.
Market Research:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports.
Key Requirements
- Education: High school
- Experience in telesales, retail, or field sales is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
