Call Center Agent

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relations by reaching out to customers and clients over the phone. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and promote our services/products. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, enjoys talking to people, and has a passion for providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers, providing information about our services/products and promoting offers or promotions.
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns by identifying the issue and offering an appropriate solution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets or sales quotas as required by the company.
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate information is communicated.
