We are looking for an experienced quality control professional with a strong background in construction inspection, compliance, and process improvement. Skilled in implementing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Standards:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive quality control system to ensure that all project deliverables meet established standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Inspection and Compliance:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to rectify deviations from project requirements.

3. Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, deviations, and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of inspection activities, test results, and relevant documentation.

4. Collaboration and Guidance:

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to align construction activities with approved plans and specifications.

5. Quality Evaluation:

  • Evaluate the quality of construction materials and workmanship at various project stages.

6. Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.

7. Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

8. Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Review codes, specifications, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3 - 5 years in quality control within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and quality standards.
  • Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
  • Note:        Minimum 8 months Contract
  • Location: Shāhdādpur Sanghar, Sindh
