Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements and operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, highlighting areas of risk, inefficiency, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to develop audit plans and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Analyze financial records and internal processes to detect irregularities and assess overall risk management procedures.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, providing guidance on best practices to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Assist in developing and implementing auditing standards, policies, and procedures.
Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure audits reflect current practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in auditing or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the telecom sector.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to communicate complex audit findings clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Proficient in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, or CFA is highly desirable.
