1. Having good knowledge of the Import Process.
2. Can fill up LC forms and can make LC's requests of different banks.
3. Good knowledge of Import documents and documents flow/Handling.
4. Microsoft Excel and word can operate atleast with the skills of intermmediate level.
5. can speak good English and can understand. (atleast intermediate level).
6. Having ability to check clearing agent bills and can verifiy.
7. Good communication skills like can talk with clearing agent team for documents/payorders deliveries and insurance company team for insurance certificates and also can handle hurdles in documents flow.
8. Good control of process running documents, Good followup, active, punctual and responsible.
9. Responsible to handle the tasks assigned by Import Manager.
10. Understanding of HS codes and tariff.
11. Ability to work in team and can show his availibity in need.
12. Can visit bank or at airport in need. (Special cases)
13. Other import related activities can perform.
14. minimum 2 or 3 years Job expereince in Import department.
