Candidate should have excellent sales skills in Surgical Disposable Products, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Prospect Identification: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Highlight product features and benefits, emphasizing how they solve customer problems and meet their needs.
- Query Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information about products.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements to secure deals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Relationship Management: Maintain accurate contact lists, follow up with customers, and nurture long-term relationships.
