Coordinate resources, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of supply chain process.
Receive, review and prioritize supply requests from regional offices.
Validate request details against current inventory levels and project needs.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to prevent shortages or overstock.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, requests, and supplier interactions.
Support the execution of supply chain strategies aimed at improving cost efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing service levels.
Providing updates to Line Manager and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
Track project metrics and KPIs to assess project performance.
Utilize data to make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Oversee supply chain operations in the field, ensuring regular coordination with the procurement department for timely procurement & resource distribution.
Monitor & report daily supply chain & warehousing KPIs, ensuring 100% compliance as per pre-defined standards & client’s requirements.
Constant coordination with regional supply chain team to ensure the stock levels replenishment, timely delivery of all the supplies, consumables, spare parts & equipment.
Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on supply chain performance, resolving discrepancies to optimize the system.
Communicate with the field & regional office team to address challenges & ensure smooth flow.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
