Develop and maintain compliance guidelines in line with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Communicate policies and procedures clearly to all operations and field staff.
Conduct regular compliance audits and follow up on any non-compliance issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, audit reports, and evaluation findings.
Analyze data from site visits, reports, and operational dashboards to measure compliance effectiveness.
Prepare and present regular evaluation reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.
Any other task assigned by the management.
