- Oversee and monitor daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities and adherence to project plans.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or deviations to the Line Manager.
- Monitor daily operational activities related to waste collection, transport, processing, and disposal as defined in the KPIs
- Identify areas of improvement within the operational processes and recommend innovative solutions.
- Monitor report & maintain 100% compliance with KPIs related to waste collection, handling & disposal, tracking daily performance in all operational areas.
- Monitor & oversee field activities pertaining to container collection, mechanical/manual sweeping, washing, and desilting as per operational plan along with fleet movement, ensuring timely & efficient execution.
- Track, monitor, and report daily fuel consumption, mileage & average fuel usage to prevent optimal fuel management & prevent overages.
- Monitor & ensure all KPIs are accurately reported from the field, as per the standard & adhere accordingly to the pre-defined targets & client’s requirements.
- Identification & addressing any operational discrepancies promptly to maintain KPI compliance & smooth workflow.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
