Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our architecture firm’s online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that showcase our design expertise, projects, and brand identity across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the firm’s branding and business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including architectural visuals, project highlights, behind-the-scenes stories, reels, and industry trends.
Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing engagement, followers, and lead generation.
Collaborate with architects and designers to capture and showcase projects in an aesthetically compelling way.
Monitor trends in architecture, design, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an online community.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach and engagement.
Coordinate with marketing teams on paid ads, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in architecture, design, or real estate.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, content creation, and brand growth.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Knowledge of architecture/design terminology and an eye for aesthetics.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred).
