Position Summary:
The Middle School English Teacher will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for students in the middle section. This role involves delivering comprehensive English language arts instruction, fostering a love for reading and writing, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Use a variety of instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
2. Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding. Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
3. Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain student engagement and discipline.
4. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (M.Phil. degree preferred).
Minimum 1 year related experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
