1. Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.

2. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing filters, to ensure optimal system performance.

3. Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.

4. Troubleshooting: Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems.

5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing estimates for repairs and installations.

6. Safety: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others.

7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
