Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Accounts Receivable/Payable:
Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations.

Taxation:

Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Internal Controls:

Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff.
Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
