Truck Dispatcher

We are hiring US remote-based Truck Dispatchers with and without experience. In case you don’t have experience, we can train you to suit the needs of our clients. You would be coordinating and dispatching trucks, to provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Assign trucks to designated routes and schedule weekly.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor and track trucks through tracking systems.
Provide excellent customer service and address the concerns of drivers and carriers.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with fluency in the US English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain a database
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
