- Audit & Review land acquisition documents
- Audit GIS-based records of roads, utilities, and development validate ownership documents, cadastral maps, and survey records.
- Asses land availability, topography, and existing utilities for project feasibility.
- Identify discrepancies in land boundaries, zoning, and ownership records.
- Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of GIS datasets used in land development constraints
- Conduct an audit of GIS records & documentation during project execution and completion
- Identify risks related to land disputes, unauthorized land occupation and noncompliance with the law
- Implement quality control measures for GIS and land data used in audits
- Cross-check GIS-based project plans with as-built conditions
- Assess construction quality, material compliance, and adherence to design specifications
- Ensure projects follow local building codes, safety standards and contractual requirements
- Audit materials, concrete strength reinforcement detailing, and finishing quality
- Verify construction milestones, timelines and work completion against project schedules
