- Develop comprehensive conceptual business cases for refinery CAPEX projects, with a focus on crude refining and fuel hydrotreating processes.
Identify and assess potential process improvements, technology upgrades, and debottlenecking projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and CPD, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Ensure that all conceptual business cases align with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in fuel production.
Participate in or lead initiatives for process optimization, including new technology integration.
