SRK Ventures, a leading consultancy and human resource outsourcing firm, is partnering with a progressive company known for excellence in food, personal, and household product manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and supervise the Technical & Engineering Store, ensuring all operations align with company manuals and approved system protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and issue supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of all supply transactions. Verify that all received supplies match requisitions and invoices.
- Ensure strict security measures are upheld within the Technical & Engineering Store at all times.
- Accurately record deliveries and departmental issues in stock ledgers, balancing daily to meet required standards.
- Unload and receive goods from suppliers, matching deliveries against supplier notes.
- Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) using SAP.
- Maintain stock reorder levels in both SAP and manual registers.
- Update and manage asset records within the Engineering Store.
- Create new material codes in SAP as needed.
- Prepare SAP entries for Daily Status Reports, Purchase Demands, Goods Inspection Reports, Store Rejection Notes, Daily Issue Vouchers, and Store Return Vouchers.
- Oversee the physical movement of inventory, ensuring stock is stored in proper locations.
- Implement and maintain store coding structures based on machine, part value, department, serial number, and cost center.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the dairy industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications, with working knowledge of SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and occupational health and safety best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
