What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar installation projects (Industrial, commercial, or utility-scale).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, contractors, and field teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage site logistics and proactively resolve any on-site issues.
- Monitor project performance using tools and KPIs — always aiming for on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership that ensures safety-first culture and continuous improvement in operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
