Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
Create compelling, brand-aligned content including graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and ROI.
Stay up to date with platform changes, social media trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for performance.
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand reach and build trust.
