PKR. 50,000 - 80,000/Month

Experience:

1-2 year experience especially on network side
Hands on experience of server deployment, network protocol and data center standards.
Have knowledge of IT standards, guide lines and best practices.
Have understanding of data center environment management.
Working experience on Building Management System will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and able to write technical reports.
Expertise in databases and software development will be an added advantage
Certifications in networking are preferred. (CCNA, CCNP).

Requirement:

It is a shift based job (8.5 hours per shift)
Ensure smooth IT operation and services at main data center of company.
Monitor and manage complete network and environment, especially during night shifts.
Ensure security of network and take action on security incident as per defined SOPs.
Perform daily health check of equipment and services and submit report.
Records all complaints and coordinate with vendors to resolve.
Ensure zero down and move services on backup resources after instruction from supervisor.
Provide support to customers during their visits at data center and on call.
