The Order Processing Agent is responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with departments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Accurately process customer orders received through online, email, phone, etc
  • Verify order details, pricing, and availability.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
  • Provide order updates and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly.

Coordination:

  •  Work with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with logistics teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and online order
  • Update order status in the system and notify stakeholders of any changes.
  • Address discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance customer experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
