Key Responsibilities;

Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, and referring help desk callers to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office / reception area – making sure it is clean and presentable at all times
Assist in the Enrollment to Institutions for International Students and communications relating to Enrollments
Maintain meeting booking schedules• Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful, you will have a passion for customer service, and be seeking an opportunity to step into a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills

You will be willing to learn, and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in a similar role within the education industry
Extensive knowledge of the international education sector in Australia (preferable)
Ability to achieve organizational goals and meet targets in a timely manner
Strong sales and customer service techniques
An energetic and creative personality, with a 'can-do' attitude
Good command in written and spoken English
