AutoCAD Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team and play a vital role in the design and development of a variety of projects and products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create detailed drawings and plans that adhere to industry standards and regulations. This position demands precision, strong drafting skills, and effective teamwork to ensure project success from initial concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Work alongside engineers and architects to fully understand project requirements and specifications.
- Update and revise drawings as necessary to maintain accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and assist in compiling thorough project documentation.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and incorporate best practices into all designs.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Provide support during construction by promptly addressing any design-related questions or issues.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques, engineering terminology, and industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
