Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Project Coordinator to join our growing team at Avaib. The ideal candidate will support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. This is an on-site position.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients effectively
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
Basic understanding of software development processes
Ability and willingness to learn & adopt new technologies
Good analytical and documentation skills
Capable of preparing project timelines and tracking milestones
Assist in quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet requirements
Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely completion
Knowledge and Personal Characteristics
Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player and good interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines
Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead
Punctual and organized
