We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer/Receptionist to join our new branch at Sixth Road, Rawalpindi. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visiting candidates in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or meetings for the management team.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
  • Maintain records, logs, and reports related to daily office activities.
  • Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
  •  

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle a busy environment with professionalism.
