Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with contractors for production schedules, billing, and overall performance.
Manage and monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Conduct detailed analysis of production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across departments.
Report on inventory movement and perform inventory analysis to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with QC and QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
Analyze monthly costs and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the company’s operational goals.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation (minimum)
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector
Skills: Strong management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team
