We are Looking for a sales operation expert who has proven experience in the logistics or transportation business.
What your day will look like:
- Calling leads and taking calls
- Creating estimates with the assistance of contractors and management
- Sending emails
- Following up with every client without fail
- Sending booking confirmations to clients and job sheets to contractors
- Negotiating rates with contractors
- Providing assistance to clients when needed and managing the moves efficiently
Non-negotiable requirements:
- Must have great spoken & written English
- Must be able to work full-time
- Work under pressure
- Stable internet connection
- Must be able to work 9-6 pm UK time
- Give attention to detail
