1. Organizing and keeping individual files of admissions, academics, and the tests and exam results of the students.
  2. Routine purchases of goods including furniture, uniforms, books, stationery, IT equipment, perishable items, sports materials, and procurement of services/. Vendors, and keeping a safe documentary record of all such purchases.
  3. Timely payment of utility bills, rents, and IT services managing the service providers e.g., hostel providers, social media marketing companies, transport companies, solar system suppliers, etc., and keeping a record of all such documents.
  4. Ensuring round-the-clock adequate and uninterrupted supply of services: internet, electricity, gas, water, security, parking, TV & cable, cleaning material, and supply of other specific materials e.g., chemical or learning resources.
  5. Supervising the admin staff like security staff, sweepers, office boys, cafeteria, etc.
  6. Generating diary numbers and documents bar-coding system for official documents correspondence.
  7. Managing the suppliers/Vendors for the chemical Lab., skill Lab., library, IT equipment, furniture, Cafeteria, Multimedia, Air-conditioners, publicity material, etc., and keeping a record of such documentation.
  8. Keeping liaison with affiliated bodies including Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council Islamabad, Islamic University Bahawalpur, Nursing Examination Board Punjab, Punjab Medical Faculty, Life Hospital Bahria Town, Services Hospital Lahore, etc.
  9. Managing IT operations, both hardware and software, getting Apps. Development, keeping IT equipment optimally functional and upgraded, networking, troubleshooting, and ensuring uninterrupted seamless IT and internet services to the students, management, and faculty, across the premises.
  10. Getting printing of stationery and publicity material for the admission or course commencement etc.
  11. IT support to management, faculty, and students.
  12. External Visit to various government offices, utility companies, markets, and private vendors for carrying out any of the above tasks.
  13. Ensuring a peaceful, smooth, and enabling environment for the students and faculty for studies at the Institute, especially supervising the cleaning of the building.
  14. Managing the events, ceremonies, and visits of the regulators, or affiliating / accrediting bodies.
  15. Any other task as and if assigned by the management.
