We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard restaurants to the Bahria Eats platform, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants to the Bahria Eats platform, ensuring a diverse and high-quality range of dining options.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for restaurant acquisition.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly onboarding targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with restaurant owners to align with company objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and promotional activities for partner restaurants.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry.
  • Strong network within the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
