Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage supply chain operations, ensuring the timely availability of all kitchen and service items.
- Build vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain stock levels.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and procurement teams to manage quality and costs
Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience in food-based businesses or restaurant chains.Strong organizational and vendor management skills.
