- Oversee the daily operations of the Pumps Department, including Operations, service, and maintenance.
- Inspection, testing, and commissioning of high-flow pumps
- Manage and support a team of technicians, Supervisors, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Operations efficiency and equipment performance.
- Maintain relationships with project teams and HODs.
- Ensure compliance with Company rules & regulations, Operation, maintenance & safety protocols, as per company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement.
- Provide technical expertise and support for complex pump systems and projects.
- Prepare reports on department performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in pump Operations, service, or engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Single Phase, Three Phase Normal, and VFD / PLC-based various pump types, including Vertical Multistage, centrifugal, submersible, negative & positive displacement pumps.
- Excellent leadership, and communication skills of O&M in Critical conditions.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in PRM, PM Scheduling, and inventory management systems.
- Strong Operations orientation Knowledge and Execution skills.
