Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign delivery routes using routing software.
- Coordinate early morning delivery operations.
- Monitor and address operational issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and team members.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize route efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in routing software.Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.This is an early morning shift (4:30 AM - 3:00 PM).
