Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using various programming languages including Python.
Collaborate with a team of five developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and optimize algorithms, focusing on improved efficiency in array manipulation and data handling.
Conduct thorough debugging to identify issues and ensure smooth functionality of software products.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to facilitate project progress.
Develop and maintain documentation related to software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming practices to encourage innovation within the team.
Review code written by team members to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Assist in the preparation of software deployment and release processes to ensure timely rollouts of applications.
