Responsibilities

Monitoring and Evaluation

Design and implement monitoring frameworks, tools, and methodologies to track project progress.
Conduct baseline, mid-term, and end-line evaluations for programs.
Ensure timely collection, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative data.
Develop and maintain a database for tracking indicators and outputs.

Accountability

Set up and manage feedback and complaints mechanisms.
Ensure transparency and accountability in project implementation by engaging stakeholders.
Address community concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.

Learning and Reporting

Generate periodic reports highlighting program achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Organize learning reviews, workshops, and sharing sessions to disseminate best practices.
Document case studies and success stories for internal and external audiences.

Capacity Building

Train project teams, partners, and stakeholders on MEAL tools and processes.
Provide ongoing technical support to ensure effective data collection and utilization.

Collaboration

Work closely with program teams to integrate MEAL practices into all stages of the project cycle.
Coordinate with external evaluators and partners for assessments and audits.
