As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our mobile applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver outstanding user experiences. Your expertise in Flutter development, combined with your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient Flutter applications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and other performance issues.
Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate APIs and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, techniques, and best practices.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to established development standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development, including a solid understanding of Dart programming language.
Proven track record of developing and deploying successful Flutter applications.
Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and responsive layout techniques.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services.
Proficient in version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based backend services.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of native iOS and Android development is a plus.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

This is a Full-Time / Part-Time office-based position, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments.
You will work in an office, collaborating with the team through online communication and project management tools.
Compensation will be based on your experience and skills.
