Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with at least 3 years of professional experience. This role involves assisting in the management of design projects, collaborating with team members, and contributing creatively to produce high-quality visual content. The starting salary for this position is $40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and coordinating graphic design projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
Provide creative input and feedback to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
Assist in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Support in mentoring and guiding junior designers to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our design output remains competitive.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
