BUsiness Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Bcabs, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You leverage your analytical thinking and project management skills to analyze business processes and gather requirements effectively. By employing various business process modeling techniques and data analysis using SQL, you transform insights into actionable strategies that drive organizational success. Your experience of at least four years in this field equips you to tackle complex problems, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to stakeholders. In this position, you will lead a team of two individuals, collaborating closely to meet project objectives and produce detailed documentation of workflows and requirements. In your capacity as a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding and interpreting business requests, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Your role requires you to engage with different departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business goals and project outcomes. You will actively participate in project management, utilizing your skills to track progress, assist in problem-solving, and provide insights that guide decision-making processes. Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to identify needs and expectations.
