Product Manager - Cosmetic

We are looking for a strategic and creative Cosmetic Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our cosmetic products. This role bridges the gap between market demand, product development, and brand vision—ensuring successful product launches that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy.
- Identify market opportunities through trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research.
Product Development Oversight
- Collaborate with R&D/formulation teams to conceptualize and develop new cosmetic products (e.g. skincare, makeup, haircare).
- Ensure timely execution from concept to launch, including packaging, testing, and compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, sales, design, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product rollout.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g. DRAP, FDA, EU regulations, GMP).
- Conduct product evaluations and manage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor product performance metrics (sales, market share, customer feedback) and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
Strong understanding of cosmetic product lifecycle and formulation processes.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for beauty, innovation, and consumer-centric design.

Nice to Have:

Experience with natural, organic, or halal-certified cosmetics.
Familiarity with digital product launches and e-commerce platforms.
Previous work with contract manufacturers or suppliers in the cosmetic industry.
