We are looking for an Office Assistant or Secretary who has a good understanding and knowledge of how IT companies work differently than the others. The ideal candidate is a good English Speaker, preferably A Levels or at least have good writing, reading and listening skills.

Your responsibilities are mostly covered under supervision with day to day tasks. 

Your main duties are:

  1. Drafting proposals for tenders and applying to jobs in a specific category.
  2. Managing social media presence and keep the audience engaged.
  3. Must be creative and have command over imagery platforms for creating social media posts such as Canva etc.
  4. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
  5. Email handling.
  6. Appointment setup and coordination.
  7. Following up with clients for invoices, quotes etc.

We are open to offer a handsome fixed salary with added bonus based on your capabilities, so let's open up yourself and bring in what you can do for our company. We would love to trest you as an asset, but this must be proven first.
