Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Learn to conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, English, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
