Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to support sales strategies and identify target customers.
  • Utilize lead management tools to track prospects and manage communications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports using MS Office and other tools.
  • Engage with prospective clients to gather information and understand their needs.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales campaigns.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients to maintain ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop effective sales presentations.
  • Address client inquiries and provide information regarding products and services in a professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science (BS CS), Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and market research techniques.
